Though resetting configuration to factory default only reset the network configuration, and now all my data including the volumes are gone. It seems everything is reset to factory default, including storage pool, volumes, everything gone.. It looks like I have to start from scratch again? Please help!

First off, hardware configuration & pool layout. Then, you want to run these 2 commands from the command line, and post the results in code tags here.
zpool status zpool import
With this information we can get a better idea of where to go.

Or, really, just click the Import button toward the top of the screen.
But, but that is too easy! I had to think the worst and more complex way to solve the problem. (Looks like I am in trouble, I ran out of ice cream & butterscotch syrup...)

Was able to auto import the zpool and almost all the datasets have been recovered except "MyMedia" dataset is missing.
