Admin account in freeNAS 9.2.1.7

I'm pretty new to freeNAS, and have recently installed this software. I've accessed the web-based GUI and have expanded "Accounts" however I only see two options which are Groups & Users. Is there another area where I can find the "Admin" account to set up or is it simply something I would create using the USERS option? Anyone with some direction would be greatly appreciated.

There is only one admin account, the "root" account. You should be able to see it in the user list.
