9.2.1.2 new plugins fail to start

I had several running plugins from 9.2.1.1 and upgrading to 9.2.1.2 left them running fine.

I now have tried several plugins that download and install and I change the IP address of the jail and supply the IPV4 gateway and save. Then turn on the plugins.

But they all 404, e.g. "Oops, Google chrome could not connect to [IP:port]"

Tried XDM and Subsonic in the last round, and they should be fine.

Will log as bug if anyone else has similar problem and posts.

OK, solution if you have this problem is go to jails, stop and start the jail, then it's working.​
