Not sure if the issue is my older hardware or maybe a setting I need to adjust. But I'm running the latest TrueNAS Scale and getting alot of Network flow control messages looks like its reseting the NIC.
I tried a few different 10gig adapters and same results. Any suggestions? Currently its a BroadCom 2 port 10gig card pulled from a Dell R420.
I don't have spare Intel ones I can use yet.

Check the switch port. Typically, flow control needs to be set on both sides or not at all.

In the interface options, you can add flowcontrol full to allow sending and receiving flow control frames.

I dont see anything I can set like that in the TrueNAS Scale GUI. It looks like alot of stuff in the TruenNAS Scale GUI is not there. I'm not up to speed on how to control everything from CLI. I'll have to try a Diffrent NAS OS. I wanted to see if TrueNAS on on linux was better and for some aspects it was but its just limited on some settings and looks like support on the NIC settings is limited too.

Click on the interface to expand. There will be a field titled Options.

This is from the Scale documentation:
