zpool import failure: zpool FAULTED corrupted data，raidz，one disk get stuck in "replacing".

My raidz pool consist of 3 16TB seagate disks, one of them was demaged, I replaced it. After the replacement, the other two reported "read SMART Error Log Failed" so I replaed the other two, during the resilver occurs read and write error, and one of the brand new disk "FAUlLTED". I didn't remove the other old disks during replacing, so the zpool in the picture blow shows 5 disks; one disk get stuck in "replacing", the resilver may not finished. Can the replace be reversible? Can the zpool recover?
