(ZFS) status is UNKNOWN / 'zpool upgrade'

Hi everyone,
yesterday i made an upgrade to FreeNAS-8.3.1-RELEASE-p2-x64 (r12686+b770da6_dirty)
and when i log on i got an Alert :

The volume data (ZFS) status is UNKNOWN: The pool is formatted using an older on-disk format. The pool can still be used, but some features are unavailable.Upgrade the pool using 'zpool upgrade'. Once this is done, the pool will no longer be accessible on older software versions.

So i don't know how to do it , in the menu "command mode" i think something like

zpool status
zpool upgrade

but what about all my data ? i don't want to lose all my files !
( right now i can access my files )

this was in the documentation for upgrading.

zpool upgrade wont delete your data
