ZFS Mirror with 1 large drive, 2 smaller

I currently have a pool where two of the 4 drives are mismatched sizes. The larger is 2TB, and the smaller 1.5TB. I have the space for another drive in my case, and a spare 500GB. Will this balance up the mirror so that the 1.5TB and 500GB are combined to make full use of the 2TB drive?

It's possible outside of the framework of FreeNAS, but it'd be a terrible idea even then.
