MOTHERBOARD: Supermicro X9SRH-7F -- http://www.supermicro.com/products/motherboard/Xeon/C600/X9SRH-7F.cfm
PROCESSOR: Intel Xeon E5-1620 v2 -- http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00F3U00FM/?tag=ozlp-20
MEMORY: 64GB Crucial (8 x 8GB) DDR3 PC3-12800 Unbuffered ECC 1.35V -- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148770
BOOT: 16GB SATA DOM -- http://www.memorydepot.com/ssd/listcat.html?catid=SATADOM-MV-3ME&prodid=DESMV-16GD07SC1DC
DRIVES: 6 x 2TB WD Red (already own), 4 x 6TB WD Red (To be added as a separate zpool)
POWER SUPPLY: SeaSonic Platinum SS-860XP2 860W -- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151111
CASE: Nanoxia Deep Silence 6 -- http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00DSFDSUS/?tag=ozlp-20
UPS: APC BR1000G -- http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0038ZTZ3W/?tag=ozlp-20
Questions:
- Any compatibility issues, which I have overlooked?
- Should I setup the boot Sata DOM as a mirror (therefore buy two Sata DOMs)?
- I realize the 860W power supply may be a bit overkill, for my immediate needs... I like to oversize and buy things once, and since I "can" eventually fit 20+ drives in this case, I want to have enough power.
- Any other recommendations/improvements?
