X540 not negotiating to 10Gb

Hello,

I have a Dell R730 server with the X540/I350 mezzanine card. It is plugged into a BUFFALO BS-MP2008 switch.

For some reason, it will not negotiate to 10Gb. I have tried multiple cables and ports.

My R620 server with the same card is able to negotiate to 10Gb just fine.

Any idea how to diagnose?

I have trouble with Truenas working with more than one 10Gb port. The ports appear but will not connect. I do not have the mezzanine, but it is a multiple port intel card. It is a longshot but try all the ports. BTW: I can only get multiple port Mellanox cards to work.
