X11SCH ECC RAM with i3/i5/i7 CPU?

1. The board requires ECC UDIMM.
2. The board supports i3/i5/i7 (in addition to Xeon E).
3. i3/i5/i7 Covfefe Lake does not support ECC.

Does not compute. What RAM should be used with Intel Core procs in this board?

According to Supermicro's site, the X11SCH line doesn't support the i5/i7 chips:

The i3 line of Intel Core chips has traditionally supported ECC, and the i3-8100 claims support on the Intel site:

I suspect that the board unofficially accepts non-ECC UDIMM and/or i5/i7/i9 CPUs—without ECC in either case of course.
Anyway, for a proper TrueNAS build you want ECC UDIMM and a Coffee Lake Core i3-8000/9000 or Xeon E-2100/2200.

Looks like only the Xeon E's support 128GB; the i3/Celeron/Pentiums support only 64GB? I'm guessing that means no 32GB DIMM support for those processors either?

Also trying to discern a functional difference between the E-21xx and E-22xx procs. I don't see one except for slightly bumped clocks.
