Win Server SMB issue

Hello,
I am having an issue which appears to be an SMB issue, I have my freenas box set up and its using SMB2, My PCs running win7 and I see the CIFS shares completely fine, but I can't see them on the Server 08 r2. Any help would be appricated, I've tried to fix this but have had no luck.

Can you access them using \\IP_address or \\Hostname?
