Why are so many packages preinstalled in the Jail template?

Hi,

the Jail template in 9.3 comes with quite a lot of packages preinstalled.
The template creator must have had something in mind to include authentication stuff, two VCS, sqlite...

What was the reason for this?

Adding the VCSystems could be for convenience so that one can put modified files into a (remote) repository, which might be handy when recreating the jail from scratch. But why sqlite?? :)

One day I'll ask this on IRC...
