Which CPU cooler for Supermicro X12STL-F?

I am currently planning my first TrueNas system with
Supermicro X12STL-F
Intel Xeon E-2314

On my desktop systems I usually use Noctua fans, but for the Supermicro X12STL-F they are all marked incompatible.
So which CPU fan alternatives are there? I don't expect heavy loads on the system and I am looking for something silent like Noctua always was for me on desktop systems.

I bought for my X12SPL the supermicro cooler for *4189* socket, for the same and maybe little lower price tag of noctua cooler.
Noisy as hell at full speed.

Perhaps try the Supermicro recommended passive heatsink first?

SNK-P0049P is $30 or so on eBay. That's what I'm trying first on my build.
