Where do I enter in Gateway, Subnet, DNS and IP not in GUI?

From the console (Not the WebGUI), how do I setup IPv4 DHCP manually. I need the gateway to be 10.0.0.2, the subnet to be 255.255.255 DNS1 to be 8.8.8.8 and DNS2 to be 8.4.4.8 and the IP of FreeNAS to be 10.0.0.19 I keep googling and keep trying but am getting no where.

I know how to do it from the Web App, but not the console.

Look at item #1, 4, and 6 on the console setup menu.
