SOLVED VNC Not Working After Upgrade to 11.2-RC2

I upgraded from 11.1-U6 to 11.2-RC2 this morning. The upgrade process went fine. Transmission and Plex are accessible via the legacy GUI. My existing Windows Server 2016 also boots up and runs its services successfully.

I am not able to access the vm via web vnc using the new and legacy GUI. I also spun up a new vm with a Ubuntu 18.01 .iso but it too is not accessible via legacy or new GUI.

Is there something obvious i am missing here?

My Freenas server has two NICs and IP addresses. VNC was set to the secondary IP and once changing it to the primary the issue has been resolved.
