Usb Hard drive can't mount.

Hello,
I have insert usb hard drive to freenas.
But dmesg have error and freenas can't mount usb hard drive.
Log like follow.

usbd_set_config_index: could not read device status: USB_ERR_SHORT_XFER
Root mount waiting for: usbus1

What is this proble and how to fix it?
My usb use usb3.0

USB 3 doesn't work on freenas (yet).
Just plug your usb drive in a pc with network access and copy the files to your nas like that.
