SOLVED Upgraded Bhyve VM to FreeBSD12 no boot text

I'm currently running FreeNAS-11.1-U6 and decided to upgrade one of my Bhyve VM's from FreeBSD-11.2 to FreeBSD-12.

The upgrade went smooth but when I rebooted I get the normal FreeBSD Boot Loader Menu then nothing after that until I get the login screen. There is no scrolling text of device information or anything for that matter when viewing from the web VNC Console or using VNC Viewer. After I login, everything seems normal!

I'm not sure what could be causing this issue but any information would be greatly appreciated.

Finally got around to fixing this!

For FreeBSD 12 or newer guest, ensure that you set boot_serial="NO" in the /boot/loader.conf file to allow post to display on the UEFI console on each boot.
