Upgrade from 12.0 U8-1 to 13.0 U3-1 -> System reboots without warnings

Hello,

I'm using 2 Dell servers at work, one Dell Optiplex at home with Freenas 12.0 U8-1 without troubles.
I've scheduled to upgrade back up of my main server yesterday.
It is a PowerEdge 2950 (Xeon E5320) with 32Gb of ECC RAM.
Since yesterday's update, this server reboots any time during activity, without warning or errors.
I'd like to check what's going on, where could I find log files to help me to understand what is going wrong ?
I've checked /var/log/messages but it seems to be written over at each reboot.

I'd like to find a solution, instead of rolling back to previous version...

Well I had to roll back because of all these reboots.
Since back in 12.0 U8-1 no more troubles...
