Yes. In general there can be a bit of an, ahem, "PEBCAK" problem. The problem is typically that users who don't understand the technology expect it to do magic things that it doesn't do.

But it can do lots of great stuff, especially if we don't limit ourselves to strict LACP and look at FreeBSD's LAG, you have all sorts of capabilities that include failover as well. There's a bunch of information over at
