SOLVED Updating From 9.3 to 9.10

Hi i've been using FreeNAS 9.3 and never done an update, now i'd like to update to 9.10 but when i go into the gui and check for updates i get Update server could not be reached. It has manual update option, how easy and safe is updating. I'm not network savie.

I'd recommend saving your config, installing 9.10 to a different stick, reloading the config and seeing if everything worked out OK.
