It certainly looks like a failed hard drive. Best to replace it soon.
zpool status, seems clear
This is a good thing, it means you data has not been damaged. You don't wait until the data is damaged before replacing a failing drive.

What SMART tests do you suggest?
short is enough?
Every drive in your system should be tested on a scheduled basis so you can find out early if there is a problem with a drive and replace is before a failing drive is able to cause data damage.

You should schedule regular long and short SMART tests. I run short tests daily and long weekly.

I make this:
Tuesday make long test in all hd and another days make short test in all hd too.., that's good?
