I have a disk i am worried about, its older so it should be getting close to replacement. It seems to be running fine, but the smartctl output worries me

Can someone give me a basic understanding of
Elements in grown defect list - And how important this is
and
uncorrected errors read : 7

Output which may assist.

The 2 big parameters to look at are the read (and write) "Total Uncorrected Errors" and "Elements in grown defect list". Both are non-zero, which is an indication of a disk that is on its way out. I'd do an RMA of the disk if possible and certainly replace it.
