Unable to write into folder created by other user

Hello, I recently updated our FreeNAS server here at work and one of our guys have created a folder and we can access the folder but cannot add to the folder, this issue did not occur until after we updated our server. Everyone here has full admin access to the sever but still cannot write to a folder not created by them. Let me know of any details needed to be shared to help assisting this issue.
