unable to connect truenas together

trying to set a truenas as a source for repliocation and my office one as a target. either manual or semi-auto i can get them to discover each other so i know the firewall rules are correct. They are both TrueNAS-13.0-U5.3. i get the following below either trying to use ssh or ssh and netcate. i am at a loss as to why it is not connecting. Can truenas core not handle using an fqdn for the remote connection even though it wil grab the key or can connect manually int he ssh connection area?

got it....had to reboot the source tnc and it connected right up....
