Windows firewall was blocking port 3240 outbound!

I just switched motherboards on my FreeNas box and I am now unable to access plex from the web interface. I am currently running FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201506292130 with Plex plugin on 0.9.12.8.1362
All my other plugins are working fine (couchpotato, sickrage, emby, transmission) and are fully updated.

I have tried reinstalling the plugin a few times and even checked the Preferences.xml for IPv6 stuff.
As of right now the Plex plugin is a fresh install.

I have been able to access the Plex server via DLNA as shown by 10.0.1.6 on netstat however going to http://10.0.1.75:32400/web/index.html gives me a "ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED" in chrome.

I'm currently using the built-in motherboard Ethernet ports which is a Intel® 82576 GbE. I have tried many things from static & DHCP IP's.
The Plex plugin displays the correct icon under Plugins > Installed, which pointed out an issue for some people if it did not display.
One more piece of information I have not listed is that I'm not running FreeNas in a VM.
I can ping to/from the plexmediaserver_1 jail.

Here is a new command dump using DHCP for the Plex jail (Yes I tested 10.0.1.16:32400/web/index.html and the web interface does not work, however DLNA does work on 10.0.1.16)

Code:

I want to completely remove plexmediaserver_1 and all its settings from FreeNas and then re-install it.
Normally you would just delete the jail/plugin and it would remove, but I have a feeling that there is something being left behind in the files from one of the previous plexmediaserver_#.

I want to completely remove plexmediaserver_1 and all its settings from FreeNas and then re-install it.
Normally you would just delete the jail/plugin and it would remove, but I have a feeling that there is something being left behind in the files from one of the previous plexmediaserver_#.
It shouldn't be leaving behind anything when you delete the plugin (which will delete the associated jail/dataset), the only thing I would think would be left behind a possibly mountpoint settings.
I know there's the settings to disable security in the plex menu, left pane of the freenas webui. I wonder if you need to temporarily enable that?

No luck with the "Disable Security"

I will try again uninstalling plexmediaserver_1 then restarting and installing it again.
Who knows the computer gods might make it work again.
Edit: As expected there are no gods.

another guess, maybe try changing the IP of the jail and access from a different browser. also look for logs in /var/db/plexdata

Can you provide some hardware spec's that may offer some clues? Can you post a screenshot of trying to access the web interface of plex too?

For whatever reason the post didnt update...
Specs:
MB: Supermicro X8DTH-IF
CPU: L5630
RAM: 2X Timetec Nanya 8GB ECC RDIMM
HDDs: 5X 3T HGST NAS

I have a similar motherboard in my FreeNAS server, so same NIC's more then likely, are you able to ping the Plex IP address? Have you tried different browsers? Have you tried doing http://<plex address>:32400/web ? and trying https://<plex address>:32400/web ?

i have the same config you do, but im using 10.1.10.x range....are you all the way up to date with FreeNAS 9.3? have you tried manually updating plex plugin at all? See here to see if its up to date https://forums.freenas.org/index.php?threads/plex-update.35401/#post-214970
Yes I was running the latest version for FreeNas, however I did not try to manually update plex (I used the update button last time).
Upon running reset to defaults everything stopped working correctly and FreeNas was throwing errors left and right.
I'm currently in the process of reinstalling FreeNas while keeping the current disks.

ah...that sucks man, hopefully the reinstall and import of your pool resolves it all

yup had it working fine for about 5 months, and well might as well nuke it since I already spent 3 days trying to get Plex's Web Interface to show up.

When you import the pool what does it do with the plugins/jails? do they also get imported?

I do not know the answer for what it does with the plugins and jails....i would think they get imported since theyre a separate dataset...

Update:
I did a fresh install of FreeNas, and I Imported my disks.
The plugins/jails did not transfer, instead they are stored in jails_2.

I installed the Plex Plugin and still cannot access the Plex Web Interface but I do see the DLNA working.

Here is the Plex Media Server.log - https://www.dropbox.com/s/2mtfd7wneqc5ugm/2015-08-21_15-16-10.txt?dl=0

Also the updated ifconfig, netstat and ps

From inside the plex jail I can SSH into my other boxes, and on those boxes the plex IP is listed as a Foreign address in netstat connecting via ssh.

So looks like there is something more to it.

yup ping & nslookup on google.com works.
I even see plexmediaserver_1 listed under my networks DHCP Clients using the same IP.
Once again since this might be hidden on one the posts above, this is not running in a VM.

This is very strange, all the plugins were working except for plex before the reinstall and now none of them work(plex & emby web interface).
Code:

I was taking a look at the TCP ports used by plex and tried to go to http://10.0.1.32:32469/proxy/23b1739a6c33d02bf0ba/48x48.png
And guess what... I actually got something (The plex DLNA icon). But I still cant access the Web Interface http://<ip here>:32400/web

I have confirmed that Plex is only the one with issues, the reason is still unknown. I will also be making a post on the Plex FreeBSD section.
I have checked that the plugin has started in the plugins server stats and by running service plexmediaserver start

Plex - Unable to access Web Interface (http://jailip.local:32400/web/), however DLNA works. https://www.dropbox.com/s/pk4yw1f683pxot4/2015-08-22_00-50-16.txt?dl=0 (PlexMediaServer-0.9.12.8.1362-4601e39)
Emby - Web Interface works! (http://jailip.local:8096), DLNA is not configured so it will not show up. (I forgot to start the plugin the first time. I am now following a check sheet to make sure this does not happen again)
Sickrage - Web Interface works! (http://jailip.local:8081)

Running wget from plexmediaserver_1 on 127.0.0.1:32400/web proved that the web interface is working, Also I get the same result from any other computer (using 10.0.1.32 instead of 127.0.0.1.)
Code:
root@plexmediaserver_1:/ # wget 127.0.0.1:32400/web
