unable to access ip address given during install

Hi I've been trying get to the web page using the ip address given during installation, but I keep getting "this page cant be displayed" on both internet explorer and Modizilla Firefox, plus I've already tried troubleshooting a bit with no results and I'm running windows 8 64-bit and a desktop I've built. I will appreciate any help, thank you.

you should put your ip manually

to pull up the web gui in fire fox just type in http://192.168.2.19 05 what ever the freenas machine is telling you. You might get a untrusted site message or something similar. I don't use I.E. because I tthink it's weak at best. Try firefox or chrome. if it doesn't work post a screen shot.
