Ubuntu VM is crashing my host TrueNAS!

My TrueNAS instance is pretty solid unless I leave my Ubuntu VM running... I can pretty much guarantee that after a couple of days running the VM, the TrueNAS host will become unresponsive and the only way to reboot is via a hard reboot. If I don't turn on the VM, the TrueNAS will run just fine.

Here are the last errors before it crashes:

Apr 25 15:22:59 phong kernel: epair3b: changing name to 'epair0b'
Apr 25 15:22:59 phong kernel: vnet0.4: promiscuous mode enabled
Apr 25 15:23:01 phong kernel: lo0: link state changed to UP

Apr 26 00:18:29 phong swap_pager_getswapspace(32)[1051]: Last message 'failed' repeated 336 times, suppressed by syslog-ng on phong.thompco.com
Apr 26 00:18:29 phong swap_pager_getswapspace(31): failed
Apr 26 00:18:30 phong swap_pager_getswapspace(32): failed
Apr 26 00:18:31 phong swap_pager_getswapspace(32)[1051]: Last message 'failed' repeated 5 times, suppressed by syslog-ng on phong.thompco.com
Apr 26 00:18:31 phong swap_pager_getswapspace(29): failed
The rest of the log files before the crash only contain swap_pager_getswapspace errors (multiple log files with pages and pages of the same error!)
I had been having issues with starting my VM where I would get a warning about not enough memory (and I would immediately see swap_pager_getswapspace errors in the console log), but I resolved this and no longer get a warning on starting/restarting the VM.

I have a chromium browser, qbittorrent, and nordvpn running in the VM. It shares a folder with the host. That's it.
