trying to install bluetooth

I installed and running home assistant jail on freenas. I would like to install Bluetooth Tracker as found on https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/bluetooth_tracker/. I tried the following command:
pkg install bluetooth libbluetooth-dev
but got an error about package not being found in the repositories.

Can someone tell me how i can install this package.

Sorry to be the bringer of bad news here, but that implementation isn't going to fly since it will try to load a kernel module driver for the bluetooth hardware in a jail.

libbluetooth is already a component of FreeBSD (so is not a pkg), but I suspect is not included in the FreeNAS host OS/appliance for the reason that nobody is expecting to run bluetooth on their NAS.

HA is much better running on either a VM on a linux-based hypervisor (VMware or Proxmox) or directly on hardware running linux. That way you will be able to handle the USB/bluetooth parts properly.

thanks so much for the info. i guess i fell so much in love with jails i thought they can do everything.
