sorry for the multiple posts but not sure how to edit.
figured out the issue but I can't explain how or why it happened.
My TrueNAS box has several virtual machines and jails. All the VMs and Jails until this upgrade where connected to an interface that TrueNAS created called bridge0: After the upgrade the bridge was renamed to bridge1: The VMs moved over just fine but there is a setting in the jail that bound it to vnet0:bridge0. I had to manually update the network setting to be vnet0:bridge1 and all started working again. But the question remains why did it change in the first place? I have another TrueNAS server with serveral VMs and jails running my Plex and other services. Not sure I want to try an upgrade there until I can understand why this occured.
