TrueNAS-12.0-U4 CPU usage now running in the high 40s

This is new to me; the CPU usage previously fluctuated very little on this, jumping from 5% to (maybe) 20% on logging in. It's running on a HP Microserver N54L, and I only noticed the CPU usage meter after the upgrade from U3 to U4. Any pointers as to where to look for culprits would be much appreciated,

Actually, i think you will find the CPU widget just freezes and doesn't move anymore afterwards. Check THIS thread.
