Transmission torrents pausing?

I've got the Transmission plugin running in it's own jail connected to a SickRage jail. The problem I'm having is that certain torrents are pausing and saying "Seeding Complete" when they haven't reached the seeding minimum ratio.

I even un-checked the ratio limit box so that they would seed forever, but they keep pausing themselves. Also, I don't think it's SickRage because I had a communication issue between them for a few days and the problem still persisted.

I also don't have the "stop seeding if idle for: " option checked.

No I wasn't and actually now all of my torrents are gone but I'm moving to rTorrent so I guess it's fine. I created a new jail to spin up rTorrent, ruTorrent, and Lighttpd and it runs so much better.
