Transmission generating downloads with permissions of 755 – need 775

I have just setup a jail, and Transmission is creating the files it downloads with permissions of 775:

However, I would like these permissions to be 775, so that when I create a mount point, members of the group will be able to read and write to the share.

How can this be achieved?
