The path '/mnt/volume' requires execute permission bit

I am try to install Transmission using this tutorial and after install start the plugin and go to Jails --> Add storage i have this message:

Also when choose my data set and the destination folder i have this errors:

How can i solve this and what does it means ?

It sounds like you've maybe twiddled with the permissions for /mnt/volume. Try turning on execute. Storage->Volumes->/mnt/volume->Change Permissions

Thanks the really helped but now all my torrents failed with Permissions denied error and i can see that no folder created, where i need to changed the permissions ?

Make sure you've got read, write, and execute permissions set for /mnt/volume ... turning everything on is probably a good idea if you're having problems.
