Hello.
i am using ZFS as filsystem and sharing it with NFS to a windows 7 client. Everything is default and iv tested with both sync and async in NFS but still getting terrible write performances.
Its a singel disk setup, no raid, just a 7200rpm disk.
Do i get these results because of ZIL in ZFS and NFS flushing or is there any other factor that could place in?
I am using IoMeter as a testing software and the funny thing is that during Preparations it seem to load up the disk in a decent speed, but as soon as the test starts it more or less dies to about 0,5mb/s.
Thanks // Drullputt
