Sync data between FreeNAS and GoFlex Home NAS

I use a GoFlex Home NAS 3TB drive as my main home data drive. I like to use my new FreeNAS setup to backup/sync that data. Rather than robocopy the data from a windows PC is there a way / script that I can run / setup on my FreeNAS server to run the copy job?

I tried search the internet as well as this forum without a clear answer. I should add I am completely new to FreeNAS and have little to no Lynx skills, I'm a windows guy!

Honestly, I'd do the robocopy because it's got the highest chance of success and the best chance of actually copying all of the data as you are going to want.

Yes, the initial migration to FreeNAS isn't pretty.. I had to move 30TB of data by hand! But its something you really only have to do once and the options are virtually nonexistent.
