Hi,
I happen to have a Supermicro X7DVL-E MB, 8GB RAM and a Xeon CPU to go with it.
I don't know which Xeon it is except that it's a quad core.
Would it be suitable for FreeNAS setup?
I would like to run 6 Seagate 4TB Hard Drives in RAID 6 setup. I'm mostly using it for movies and music so it just needs to stream 1080P.
I also have two Supermicro AOC-SAT2-MV8 cards; does this card work with FreeNAS well if I decide to add more disks later and create another volume?
Thank you!
