Strange system hang at transmission downloads

There is a starnge hang when transmission plugin downloads at high speed (10MB/s). After a while, the whole system freezes, no ssh, no web gui. Only a hard reset can help. When seeding only, the server runs weeks without any problems.
Is there any way to determine the error?

I still can access the system via console. Tried to restart:
Stopping jails: software 90 second watchdog timeout expired. Shutdown terminated

And now the systems is inaccessible.

I know this is an old post but still... I have the same issue as Vanyo. Did anyone had the chance to identify why this is happening?
