Snapshots / Windows Shadow Copy Problem

I am having a problem where the datasets I created, only some of them have the shadow copies showing up and not all of them. I created the same type of rules for all the datasets so all the datasets that was shared should show up the shadow copies. Anyone have any idea what is going on?

I got a idea what the problem might be:

/mnt/FileServerPool/NFS/Departments/Texas/Marketing
works because the length is 52 chars

Once it goes to 53 chars in length the shadow copy doesnt show up anymore
/mnt/FileServerPool/NFS/Departments/Texas/OrderEntry

Is there a way to fix this problem?

yes but dont worry about that because i am using cifs in it.

thanks, I decided to redo a bunch of names to make it shorter so I would not have the problem anymore,

/mnt/FileServerPool/NFS/Departments/California/CustomerService to /mnt/FileServerPool/Branches/CA/CustomerService

Now I should be able to use previous versions for all the folders I had because the longest one is now under 53 chars.

I hope what I discovered was correct and everything will show the shadow copies now.

It seems like the shadow copies are showing, so it really is something to do with over 52 chars for the problem to happen.
