12U8: Windows 'Shadow copy' does not work as expected

I have now tested a lot with the Windows shadow copy function in connection with Truenas 12U8.

Starting point:

1. New folder created in dataset
2. File 1 added
3. snapshot 1
4. File 2 added
5. snapshot 2
6. File 3 added
7. snapshot 3
8. File 4 added
9. snapshot 4

My problem now is that I can only reset a folder to the status of Snapshot 3 once using the 'Restore' function, for example, then I can no longer use the function to reset to Snapshot 1, for example.
However, it is still possible to open older shadow copies manually via Windows and manual copying data from previous versions is also no problem.
The 'Restore' function is only possible once.

Do I need anything more than the 'Enable Shadow Copies' in SMB service, that shadow copy works as desired?
