Snap Shot a Git Server in a Jail

Hi All

I am making some version control back ups using a git server using a Jail.

When I create a snap shot I am seeing the following folders.

What folder is better to select for my snap shot

Iocage/Jails

Or

Iocage/Jails/Git


What I be correct in understanding using Iocage/Jails, would also include any other plugins and there data I might use in the future?
