SMB Question

Hi,
We have TrueNAS Server for Access files & folders.
We have many flavors of Ubuntu 12.04 to 20.04 in client side.
If we access files / folders via Ubuntu 16.04 it is giving error. So can you please help me to solve this issue?
As I inquired with Ubuntu Forum they told there is no issue from Operating System Side.

What exactly is the error that is "given"?

Also, what command(s) are you using to mount the SMB share on the 16.04 client?

And, which version of TrueNAS are you using? (maybe also share a little about your hardware).
