The ssds are brand new with raidz2 12 disks with 2 vdevs.
the systems has been stable for 2 ~3 weeks already.
I was doing some regular smartinfo check up. and saw huge amount of read errors that is correctly by ecc.
should I be worried? the HBA is M1215 flashed to IT mode. and there are 2 HBA with dual expanders.
not sure if it's the expander that is creating the error or the ssds itself.
also all of the micron ssds are showing tbe same ecc read errors
anyway has any experiences or suggestions with these kinds of problem??

Most likely a firmware issue and the drives are reporting RAW values, for example like Seagate drives report a huge number of Raw_Read_Error_Rate for SATA drives, unlike WD, Toshiba and HGST, but it's mostly a guess since I have no experience with SAS drives.
