SMART Values Explained and Errors

So, I'm going to post the SMART output for each of my drives below... Some of the values I'm confused on are weird looking values, such as Seek_Error_Rate and Raw_Read_Error_Rate... they seem super high, but don't seem to trip any errors/etc. Also, I have 8 uncorrectable sectors on one of the drives and I get notifications of this error whenever I reboot the system. I've read tons of threads on it, but am still confused on what to do to get rid of the errors and have the drive re-allocate the 8 sectors. If this number kept going up, I'd replace the drive, but since its stayed at 8, it seems fair to say that the drive is 99% ok, correct?
Thanks for any help... the outputs are below...

I also have had a problem with one drive getting "removed" which I have other posts about... I recently swapped the cables from ada3/ada4 to see if the problem follows the drive (ada3 in this printout) or the port... hopefully that was the best method to figure out if the drive or the controller is causing the problem...
