Small bug in Reporting of %CPU

Looks like a simple math bug on the Reporting Screen.

As you can see from the CPU Usage panel. The Max/Mean/Min columns have reasonable value all under 100% as you would expect. But you can clearly see on the AXIS of the graph %CPU that it goes up to roughly 1600. Which just so happens to correspond to the 16 threads x 100%.

I am on TrueNAS-SCALE-22.12.1 also and my CPU reports graphs look correct.
CPU: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-13100 (4 cores, + 4 HT)

Please always confirm your specific hardware.

22.12.2 is in its last QA phase and should be out later this month. If issue persists, please report the bug with you specific hardware detail.
