Slow download of TrueNAS Scale ISO

I have been struggling to download the TrueNAS-13.0-U5.3.iso for days. The download speed is only 40KB/s and the connection is regularly dropped. I am connected via ethernet to a dsl-router.

This is not related to my internet connection speed. By comparison, other website downloads go in a couple of minutes, at MB/s, on the same machine.

Is this a geographical issue? I am in Bavaria, Germany. Any other people affected by this?

I can confirm there seems to be a problem. I was trying to update an older 12.xx system to the latest 13.xx and have download speeds not exceeding 250KB/s. Hessen / Germany. When trying to access the ISO I also get speeds below 200KB/s.

Maybe a peering issue? ISP is Telekom.

same here in Vienna/Austria. Internet speed about 300/50 mbit/s.

ISO downloads stuck at around 40kb/s. It doesn't matter if using browser or directly via TrueNas update function.

I tried downloading with JDownloader without success. Downloads fail after around 200 Mb with the error "temporarily unavailable (truenas.net)"

I am also sitting in Germany / near Nürnberg. ISP is also Telekom

It is definitely an interconnect problem, from Berlin using Telekom 40kbit/s (I have a 500Mbit/s fiber connection), from Frankfurt (EC2 instance) 20MB/s.

Same problem, south of Germany and ISP being Telekom as well. I connected to a VPN (UK as the country), and it downloaded with the speed it should.
