Totally ignore it? No!
Use zpool clear from the CLI to clear the error.
Perform long smart self test on the drive and look for issues in the results.
The error may be due to a bit flip or the beginning of a drive failure, too early to know
for sure at this point, but I would keep a VERY close eye on it and make sure your FreeNAS
is set up to perform regular SMART test on all the drives in your pool/volume.

Is this correct? 3157 hours and 7 minutes to run a scrub on 1.11M.

131 days Ouch!

That can't be correct.

What are these mirrored drives?

Bad scrub statistics are never a good sign. Back up everything ASAP (which should be done, anyway, but I'm stressing the increased risk of data loss).

FreeNAS version and hardware specs are definitely in order here, as requested by the forum rules.

I'm curious on the drives and if any testing is being done on them. Once all your data is backed up and you have provided some system information to us, I'd like you to run a SMART Long Test on the drives.
