Should I get the Rosewill RSV-L4412 or RSV-L4312 server case?

I'm building my first FreeNAS box for 12 drives, and I decided to get the the Rosewill RSV-L4412 server case, but up on research I have found the Rosewill RSV-L4312, is there any different between these two? The only thing I can notice is that the L4312 has USB 3.0 in the front panel and SGCC material (which I don't know what it is), and the L4412 has USB 2.0 ports with metal material. There are some mm difference on the dimensions, but that's it.

Can anyone see any other difference?
Which one should I get?
Is the L4312 the newer model (for some reason it seems that way)?
