SOLVED Server keeps becoming unavailable via network (FreeNAS 11.0U2)

Hi

I am running as per below

on esxi 6.0 as a virtualized platform

For some reason, FreeNAS becomes unavailable via the network. ifconfig shows the networks up, I can connect via esxi console.
But i cannot ping, ssh, http or anything else. Also from the FreeNAS shell I cannot ping anything else.

Nothing in my /var/log/messages either.

Only fix is a restart.

Need help troubleshooting this if possible

Update to this, looks like i had an IP address conflict. After changing the host IP it seems to be fine now.
