Just to confirm TrueNAS SCALE can be installed without issues and this fixed my initial problem.

As stated, I'm available in case iXsystems requires me for anything related with TrueNAS CORE and the installation with SecureBoot enabled. TrueNAS SCALE is a bit overkill for my needs.
