scsi command timeout on device handle?

Keep getting this error when trying to copy a 22GB file on my freenas server.

happens roughly every 5 minutes.

Is drive Da6 bad? I have a spare drive to replace it with, but how do I know what drive is physically da6?

I'm not sure what the error means, but here's how you identify which drive da6 is:

thanks protosd, found the drive and replaced with the spare I had, no more error :D
